You will need to be referred by your school, local authority or another charity organisation, to use our free service. We need to be contacted firstly by your referee using this form.

 

Please note that all cases are assessed on an individual basis, therefore if you are having difficulty in obtaining a referral, please contact us explaining your situation.

Once a referral form has been received, we would contact yourself and your referee on the next steps.
